Don Simon, a brand belonging to the company J. García Carrión, was founded in 1980. This company was founded in Jumilla, in the Region of Murcia. It is known as the company with the highest sales figures of juices in the Spanish market and for the sale of wines.

In its beginnings, it started selling wine in briks, which was a novelty for the market. Later, seeing the success of Don Símon wine, they entered the juice market and became the benchmark brand in the sector.

In 2000 they invested 100 million euros in the creation of a factory in the province of Huelva and in signing agreements with farmers in the area in order to produce natural juices.
