The company was created in 1965 in Spain by Mr. José Ángel Mayoral Ortiz, a Yale University graduate in Architecture, together with the director of Ponce Candy.

In the 60's the lollipop was born in Spain thanks to Fiesta, when they began to manufacture and distribute flat candies with handles. 

The KOJAK stick candy filled with chewing gum, produced by Fiesta, was a new product that caused a furor in Spain in the mid 70s. In the mid 80's, they came up with the fantastic idea of putting in the same sachet, a stick candy in the shape of Fresquito's finger, the iconic child that has accompanied so many sweet moments of young and old.

Since March 1, 2016, Fiesta has been officially integrated into the multinational group COLOMBINA. Colombina S.A. is a global food company headquartered in Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

The company, which has the brands Kojak, Fresquito, Lolipop and Tico Tico, has a turnover of approximately 20 million euros and a strong presence in international markets.
